As a first-time ambassador, your contract will be for one semester only. After a semester, your contract will be up for review. The renewal of your contract will be dependent on your performance during your first semester. Please answer "yes," indicating that you understand the terms and conditions of your first semester as an ambassador.
Campus Tours are given Monday-Thursday at 11 AM and 3 PM and Fridays at 11 AM. You will need to allow time in your schedule to be able to give tours each week. Please answer "yes," indicating that you will schedule your classes to allow at least one available time slot each week with an arrival time of 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
Open Houses, Enrollment Days, and Accepted Students Day are required commitments within the role of a Pioneer Ambassador. I understand that I am expected to be present for these days, unless in the event of an emergency. Please answer "yes," indicating that you will be present for these events and that you understand your contract will be up for review if you miss one of these events without being excused beforehand.
Ambassador training will take place in January 2024 prior to the start of spring classes. The schedule may require you moving to/coming to campus a few days earlier than the anticipated move-in date for fall. You are expected to be present for training or you will be removed from the position if you do not attend. Please answer "yes," indicating that you understand attendance for training is mandatory.
